This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review this policy when purchasing our products, as it will apply to any order you place with us.

What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday and typically ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM (Arizona Time) will process the following business day.
  • Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • All orders ship through FedEx or USPS.
  • Typical delivery time: 5–7 business days.
  • Free Shipping is provided on all orders over $200.

Free Returns

Subject to the restrictions in our Return Policy, you may return your item FREE within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, you may still be eligible for store credit for up to 365 days, with free return shipping.

Note:

  • All clearance events (including Summer Event, January White Sale, and Last Chance sales) are Final Sale.
  • Free promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and provided in good faith.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We currently do not offer international shipping.
